When will I receive my free subscription gifts?

You will receive your Interactive digital version when you subscribe, your binder with your first delivery, your license plate with your 2nd delivery, your Batman Returns Movie armoured Batmobile with your 4th delivery and your Batman Batwing with your 6th delivery.

Missing or Damage

I have not received all my issues, can you help?

I have received the wrong issue/s, can you please help?

We will replace all your issues with the correct copies. Please post your incorrect copies to: Batman Automobilia, Database Factory, Unit 4, Pullman Business Park, Pullman Way, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1HD with a note including your name, address, subscriber number and which issues you should have received.  Alternatively you can contact our Customer Services Team on 0844 493 6085 or email batmobiles@eaglemoss-service.com. Please include your name and subscription reference on the subject line.

I can't find copies in the shops - help!

You can ask your newsagent to place a regular order for you so you can pick up your issues from them. If you need back copies you can ask your newsagent to order them for you or just contact our Customer Services Team on 0844 493 6085.

How do I access the interactive digital edition?

To access your interactive digital edition you need to go to: www.eaglemoss.com/batmobiles/ and click on 'login' next to online archive, please follow the instructions. Your welcome letter also explains how to access the digital edition.
